Loves of the Heart

The key determinant in the orientation of your life is then that which is dearest to your heart. How do you ascertain the driving force of your life? I would argue that, by examining your calendar and your bills, I could tell you what you believe life is all about.

Examine your calendar. Consider where most of your money goes. Do you spend your time and your money in accord with what you state, to yourself and to others, are the priorities in your life? Are these loves shaping your life in such a way that you will be able look back twenty years from now and be satisfied with how you spent that portion of your life?
