Foley's Folly

It's entirely inexcusable, that top House Republicans knew of Foley's disturbing emails to a former teenage page and did nothing. Some are still trying to dismiss this troubling exchange as just "overfriendly" communication on Foley's part. The fact that Foley resigned as soon as he became aware of ABC News' intention to air his email correspondence with a number of former pages is tantamount to an admission of guilt.
