... the Chinese character for 'crisis' is comprised of two sub-characters: one that spells 'danger' and another that spells 'opportunity' [or 'crucial point', which I've heard is a better translation of the sub-character]. I guess that even the ancient Chinese knew that there is a bright side to the darkest circumstance - if you have the courage to look for it. - Sharma, Robin S., The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, p. 46

Again, the idea that attitude determines what becomes of a difficult circumstance. Crises happen; their occurrence is beyond your control. What is within your control is whether you allow a crisis to derail you from your track or whether you make it a switch, allowing you to move from one track to another. I would say the deciding factor is your openness to shifting perspective from the present hindrance to future gain, from what you lost as a result of the crisis to a consideration of what new possibilities are now available to you as you overcome the crisis, learning and growing all the while.

It is sown in dishonor , it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness ,it is raised in power 1Cor 15:43
The life cycle of butterfly occours in four stages :the egg ,the larva , the chrysalis, the adult. It begins with the egg the seed of butterfly , which hatches in to an ugly worm. But that is not its destiny. The worm must "die"to give birth to the butterfly.
We of sinful nature has to die for the spiritual new birth . John3:3 The butterfly ,released from its tomb in the chrysalis, illustrate the tranformation that will occur in our spiritual daily victory in Christ Jesus. We are free indeed in Him and we can fly like butterfly on a daily basis.But... It is our choice. God bless you .

I haven't finished it yet. There are some interesting takeaways, but it's been a slow read because his writing style is awful.
